707 Reno is a fully insured & incorporated construction company based in Halton Region — serving Oakville, Burlington, Mississauga, Etobicoke. Founded and operated by Daniel Forte, every project is managed with the same standard we would expect in our own homes.
Daniel's construction career started at 14 in a millwork shop, where clean work and proper systems were not optional — they were the job. By 22, he was site supervisor for a commercial renovation company, overseeing projects and ensuring compliance to code and building standards as the company built Milestones, The Keg, Kelseys, and Tim Hortons locations across Ontario.
Over the next decade, Daniel moved into real estate sales and development — managing over $600M in transactions from 2015 to 2026, spanning land acquisition, custom new builds, BRRR strategy, and value-add renovations before market. He knows exactly what sells, what sticks, and what each dollar invested should return at resale.
Now based in Burlington with his family, Daniel is the dedicated point of contact for every homeowner. He balances high-level strategy with on-site oversight — ensuring each renovation is executed with absolute transparency and uncompromising quality. Before construction, Daniel spent 13 years in real estate — 4 of them leading a large team — where every good deal came down to one thing: both sides walking away feeling like they won. He brings that same mindset to every quote. Homeowners are always welcome to counter — worst case, the answer is no; best case, total clarity on exactly what you're paying for and why.
Daniel is your general contractor, start to finish — the single point of accountability for the project. Our core trades aren't subcontractors found on a bid site; they're people Daniel has worked alongside for years, licensed, insured, and several now running their own crews and apprentices. They've matched or exceeded our standard for quality and professionalism in an industry where that combination is rare.
We hire the person before we hire the job. Every trade on this team shares our mission and is fully bought in — which is exactly why our One Standard policy rarely gets tested. It's not needed. The bar is already set.

Every trade on our sites works to code, or works elsewhere. One shortcut and that trade is asked to leave the site. Everyone we work with knows this going in. It keeps every job compliant with current building code, which is exactly what your insurer checks if something ever goes wrong.
We're not the cheapest quote you'll get. Dollar for dollar, we're the best value — because of what's already included: a dedicated PM, licensed & insured trades, in-house design, all at retail cost, not market. A modern basement typically runs $130–140/sq ft here; we deliver that standard at $110. A $40K bathroom, we deliver for $28–34K — backed by a 5-year workmanship warranty.
