By 22, he was site supervisor for a commercial renovation company, overseeing & managing projects, ensuring compliance to code & building standards as the company built restaurants such as Milestones, The Keg, Kelseys, and Tim Hortons locations across Ontario.
Over the next decade, Daniel pivoted into real estate sales & development -- managing over $600M in transactions from 2015 to 2026, spanning land acquisition, custom new builds, BRRR strategy, and value-add renovations before market. He knows exactly what sells, what sticks, and what each dollar invested should return at resale.
Now based in Burlington with his family, Daniel remains a dedicated point of contact for every homeowner. He balances high-level strategy with on-site oversight, ensuring that each renovation is executed with absolute transparency and uncomprimising quality.
Phil has been building and operating businesses since the age of 17, beginning with a tree removal service that continues to operate across Southern Ontario today. That early entrepreneurial drive laid the foundation for his transition into the construction industry, where he has spent decades leading and growing successful companies from the ground up.
A master tiler and design forward thinker, Phil combines technical expertise with a sharp eye for detail, consistently delivering the elevated finishes that today's homeowners expect. His deep understanding of craftsmanship & execution allows him to bridge the gap between vision and reality for every project.
By bringing his prior ventures together under 707, Phil has helped create a fully integrated operation, keeping majority of trades in-house & ensuring a high level of control over quality, timelines, and delivery.
